  1. NeuraScope: (Nsrein Ali)

NeuraScope is a pioneering company dedicated to early diagnostic development. We create innovative platforms for the early detection of various brain-related diseases, including different subtypes of dementia and brain cancers. Our mission is to facilitate early intervention, ensuring that treatment begins before symptoms significantly affect quality of life.

Current methods for diagnosing these conditions are often expensive, inaccurate, and require specialized expertise. They frequently miss the opportunity for early detection of dementia. In contrast, our platforms introduce the first-ever home-based sampling method that is needle-free, precise, cost-effective, and accessible to all age groups. We boast a multidisciplinary team that includes clinicians, scientists, business development professionals, and regulatory experts.

By enabling timely intervention, NeuraScope is shaping the future to enhance patient compliance and improve quality of life.

Validated by Finnish clinicians, the system has the potential to reduce unnecessary doctor visits caused by uncertainty, an issue behind an estimated 18,000 extra appointments in Finland each year.
Our team previously developed internationally awarded baby tech. That experience now drives our lean, care-informed approach. We’re currently fundraising to pilot the system with local partners and generate real-world data to guide future development.
In an overstretched system, tools that reduce uncertainty and improve triage are essential. If you work in healthcare, neuvola services, research, or public services and want to co-create earlier, preventive care for families, we’d love to talk.

Caregiver specifies what kind of help they can offer. Person in need details what they need and when and where. Then they can match accordingly.
Users can chat in real time, announce open jobs plan and secure work schedules, give feedback and have instructions for caregivers visible.

AI assists in creating these profiles so it’s doable for everyone.

This way Cuidoo platform allows caregivers from assitans to nurses and babysitters to offer their services and elderly people, people with disabilities and families with kids to find the help that suitable them best
