OneClin­ic Oy award­ed Great Place to Work cer­ti­fi­ca­tion with top scores

Finnish logis­tics soft­ware spe­cial­ist OneClin­ic Oy has been award­ed the Arvostet­tu työ­paik­ka® (Respect­ed Work­place) cer­ti­fi­ca­tion. The results of a recent staff sur­vey reveal excep­tion­al­ly strong job sat­is­fac­tion: the company’s employ­ee Net Pro­mot­er Score (eNPS) is a remark­able +64.

The results show that OneClinic’s employ­ees are high­ly com­mit­ted and enjoy their work. The entire staff respond­ed to the sur­vey, and the results com­fort­ably exceed the aver­ages for both the tech­nol­o­gy and health­care sec­tors. An eNPS of over 60 is classed as excep­tion­al­ly good, as scores in the tech­nol­o­gy sec­tor typ­i­cal­ly fall between 25 and 40. In oth­er words, this is a top-tier employ­er and work­ing com­mu­ni­ty. The state­ment ”All things con­sid­ered, I would say this is a good place to work” received an out­stand­ing aver­age score of 4.8/5. The employer’s flex­i­bil­i­ty in accom­mo­dat­ing pri­vate-life needs (4.7) and the workplace’s excel­lent team spir­it (4.6) were also rat­ed very high­ly by staff.

In their writ­ten feed­back, employ­ees par­tic­u­lar­ly praised the flex­i­bil­i­ty and vari­ety of their work. Respon­dents said they val­ued ”the free­dom to do the job in a way that suits me”. It was also not­ed that ”the job is var­ied, which keeps the mind fresh”. Spe­cial­ists find their work mean­ing­ful and appre­ci­ate hav­ing the chance to influ­ence mat­ters. One respon­dent described it as fol­lows: ”The oppor­tu­ni­ty to take on a wide range of tasks and to dri­ve the com­pa­ny and its prod­ucts for­ward, for exam­ple through tech­ni­cal renew­al.”
