MuistiSeniori wins the Positive Technology Achievement Award 2026
MuistiSeniori, developed by MoMoMeHeat Oy, has been awarded the Positive Technology Achievement Award 2026. The award was selected by the Senior Digital Panel and presented by the Finnish Association for the Welfare of Older People and Relatives (VALLI) at the DigiAgeTalk event on May 27, 2026.
Founded by physiotherapist Nina Sevander, MuistiSeniori has been developed to address loneliness, inactivity, and declining well-being among older adults. The solution combines physical, cognitive, and social activities based on Montessori-method-inspired principles and includes a highly valued digital memory book. The platform supports meaningful engagement while promoting well-being and functional ability.
Chosen as the winner by a panel of people aged 65 and over, MuistiSeniori was recognized for its accessibility, ease of use, and ability to motivate older adults in Finland to participate in meaningful activities independently or together with others.
