Customer Stories and Development Projects
Oulu University of Applied Sciences (Oamk) and the University of Oulu have utilised Visuonin’s 360° learning environments for several years. The results are compelling: students’ confidence increases, and practical skills are strengthened in a safe virtual environment even before entering the hospital setting.
Virtual tools enable the practice of imaging processes independent of time and location. Modern simulations clearly demonstrate how different factors affect image quality, making education engaging and interactive.
In the international DTRIP4H project, we are seeking solutions to safety challenges related to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). We are developing a virtual reality–based “digital twin” that allows healthcare professionals to practice safe working procedures in electromagnetic fields.
The project leverages artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technology to create predictive and personalised healthcare solutions. Oamk and the University of Oulu are closely involved in this European flagship project.
