From Oulu to the world — Tech4Pioneers Oy launch­es Pain2Care app

Oulu-based health tech­nol­o­gy com­pa­ny Tech4Pioneers Oy is set to launch Pain2Care — a ground­break­ing mobile well­ness app designed to empow­er peo­ple liv­ing with chron­ic pain and trau­ma.

With over 1.5 bil­lion peo­ple world­wide suf­fer­ing from chron­ic pain, and 1 in 3 peo­ple expe­ri­enc­ing vio­lence or trau­ma in their life­time, the need for acces­si­ble, con­tin­u­ous pain sup­port has nev­er been greater. Pain2Care address­es this glob­al chal­lenge with an inno­v­a­tive solu­tion born right here in Oulu.

The app com­bines a unique 3D inter­ac­tive body map, voice input, and encrypt­ed injury doc­u­men­ta­tion — giv­ing users the tools to track, under­stand, and clear­ly com­mu­ni­cate their pain. Whether for a doc­tor’s appoint­ment, an insur­ance claim, legal pro­ceed­ings, or sim­ply per­son­al heal­ing, Pain2Care turns invis­i­ble pain into struc­tured, action­able records.

Behind the inno­va­tion is a pas­sion­ate found­ing team of glob­al­ly recog­nised inno­va­tors with exten­sive expe­ri­ence and a gen­uine pas­sion for improv­ing future health.

“We built Pain2Care because pain is often invis­i­ble, hard to explain, and easy to dis­miss,” says Tit­ta Kuis­ma-Höynälä, co-founder of Tech4Pioneers. “We want to give every­one — regard­less of their back­ground — the tools to final­ly feel seen and heard.”
