Team Fin­land Health Vis­it to New York and Boston

The Team Fin­land Net­work warm­ly invites Finnish health and life sci­ence com­pa­nies to join a del­e­ga­tion to Boston and New York, two influ­en­tial U.S. hubs for biotech, dig­i­tal health, hos­pi­tal inno­va­tion, and invest­ment. The goal is to show­case Fin­land’s unique inno­va­tion ecosys­tem, cut­ting-edge research, and lead­ing com­pa­nies in the indus­try. The vis­it will be led by a high-lev­el Finnish gov­ern­ment offi­cial.

The vis­it will pro­vide unique access to research insti­tu­tions, hos­pi­tals, inno­va­tion ecosys­tems, and investors, enabling Finnish com­pa­nies to build high-lev­el con­nec­tions, explore col­lab­o­ra­tion oppor­tu­ni­ties, and strength­en Finland’s vis­i­bil­i­ty as a world-class health inno­va­tion part­ner.

Par­tic­i­pa­tion fee

To cov­er the expens­es relat­ed to arrang­ing the vis­it, a max­i­mum par­tic­i­pa­tion fee will be invoiced as fol­lows:

• Micro busi­ness­es and SMEs: EUR 1190 + 25,5% VAT per per­son
• Major com­pa­nies: EUR 1400 + 25,5% VAT per per­son

A 25% dis­count on the par­tic­i­pa­tion fee will be grant­ed for each addi­tion­al rep­re­sen­ta­tive from the par­tic­i­pat­ing com­pa­ny. The par­tic­i­pa­tion fee will be invoiced after the vis­it, based on the actu­al costs. The invoiced fee will not exceed the amounts men­tioned above. The par­tic­i­pa­tion fee does not include flights or accom­mo­da­tion for the del­e­gate, nor meals out­side the vis­it pro­gram.
