Elias Aal­to is best known as one of the co-founders of the food deliv­ery plat­form Wolt and the soft­ware com­pa­ny Qvik. Before co-found­ing Wolt, Aal­to worked as a game devel­op­er and designed some of the ear­li­est games for iOS. His game Wood­en Labyrinth 3D received the first Apple Design Award ever grant­ed in the Nordic coun­tries.

Fol­low­ing suc­cess­ful com­pa­ny exits, Elias Aal­to has focused on fam­i­ly life, rais­ing his daugh­ters, while also explor­ing new oppor­tu­ni­ties as an angel investor. He is also wide­ly rec­og­nized as one of the investors on the Finnish ver­sion of Drag­ons’ Den (Lei­jo­nan luo­la).
