Nordic Proof: test­ing health tech­nol­o­gy in Nordic munic­i­pal­i­ties, online

Are you devel­op­ing inno­v­a­tive health tech­nolo­gies or med­ical devices and look­ing for ways to val­i­date them in real-world clin­i­cal envi­ron­ments?

Nordic Proof invites you to a free online event designed to share knowl­edge and con­nect health tech com­pa­nies with lead­ing Nordic hos­pi­tals, pri­ma­ry care providers and research insti­tu­tions. Learn how to test and co-devel­op your solu­tions in set­tings such as nurs­ing homes, home care ser­vices, and even direct­ly in cit­i­zens’ homes.

Nordic Proof is a net­work of 12 lead­ing hos­pi­tals, munic­i­pal­i­ties and uni­ver­si­ties work­ing togeth­er to make test­ing and clin­i­cal stud­ies more acces­si­ble for health tech com­pa­nies. In this online event, we will share knowl­edge and set up meet­ings between Nordic health­care providers and com­pa­nies to explore clin­i­cal test­ing.

This event will con­sist of two parts.

Part 1: Knowl­edge Shar­ing

Time: 10:00–11:00 CEST

Hear from three Nordic Proof part­ners active­ly involved in test­ing and val­i­da­tion:

• Smart Care Lab (Nor­way): Liv­ing lab facil­i­ties and struc­tured ser­vices across the inno­va­tion jour­ney.
• Aarhus Munic­i­pal­i­ty (Den­mark): Prod­uct test­ing with cit­i­zens and front­line staff, includ­ing the DokkX wel­fare tech show­room.
• Active Life Lab (Fin­land): Pre­ven­tive health test­bed with smart gym, VR space, and impact assess­ment tools.

Part 2: One-on-One Meet­ings with Nordic Proof Part­ners

Time: 11:00–12:00 CEST Meet direct­ly with up to four Nordic Proof part­ners in 15-minute online ses­sions.

In the sec­ond part of the event, com­pa­nies can meet Nordic Proof part­ners in 15-minute direct meet­ings online, with up to 4 Nordic Proof part­ners. To par­tic­i­pate in a direct meet­ing, you must have a pre-meet­ing with the net­work coor­di­na­tor to reg­is­ter an inquiry to the Nordic Proof por­tal. You will receive a meet­ing invi­ta­tion when you reg­is­ter for Part Two of the event.
