Near Real Oy is a Finnish health technology company from Oulu developing secure teleconsultation and remote diagnostics solutions. We also build data-driven Digital Twin concepts that combine sensor, wearable and clinical data to support continuous, personalised care. Our mission is to make high-quality care available anytime, anywhere.

We offer a secure teleconsultation platform with integrated remote diagnostic devices for skin, ear, throat and cardiopulmonary examinations and are developing data-driven Digital Twin services for continuous monitoring and decision support. Our goal is to broaden remote consultation workflows and devices and to drive Digital Twin development towards dual-use and international markets, starting from Finnish and Nordic healthcare.
