Esko is a user-oriented, open and non-profit client and patient information system. It is co-created with its users – social and healthcare professionals working in everyday clinical practice. Our Esko has consistently been rated as the best patient information system in Finland.

At Esko Systems, we believe that Finland’s public social and healthcare sector needs one open and modular client and patient information system (CPIS).

Esko Systems delivers a comprehensive Esko CPIS solution to wellbeing services counties, covering healthcare and social welfare as a single integrated system for its owner customers.

Originally developed for hospital and specialsed healthcare use, Esko has in recent years evolved into a comprehensive solution that also addresses the specific needs of primary healthcare. Today, Esko forms a versatile and integrated CPIS solution. As part of the Esko CPIS, social welfare client information management is supported by Saga software, developed by the Finnish company Mediconsult Oy.

From the very beginning, Esko has been co-created with its users. Continuous dialogue with social and healthcare professionals is at the core of system development. Designed for ease of use, Esko can also be used with mobile devices.
