Cerenion Signs €2.28 million distribution agreement with INNOVACAREMD in Italy

Cerenion has signed a €2.28 million distribution agreement with Italian medical technology company INNOVACAREMD, marking a significant milestone in the company’s European expansion strategy.

With the agreement, INNOVACAREMD will become the exclusive distributor of Cerenion’s C‑Trend EEG Station in Italy. The partnership establishes a dedicated commercial channel in one of Europe’s largest healthcare markets and is expected to accelerate the adoption of continuous EEG monitoring solutions in Italian hospitals.

INNOVACAREMD, founded in 2020, is led by Marco Scorsato, who brings more than 30 years of experience in medical devices and in vitro diagnostics, together with Federico Scorsato, who contributes strong IT expertise and operational execution. The company has established nationwide coverage in Italy, with a focus on advanced respiratory and neurological technologies and comprehensive customer support.

The collaboration is already progressing, with initial hospital engagements and product demonstrations completed to support early adoption. Based on current market activity, INNOVACAREMD is targeting several million euros in C‑Trend EEG Station sales over the next two years.

“This agreement represents an pivotal step in our commercial growth in Europe,” said Kiki Di Napoli, Vice President of Sales at Cerenion. “INNOVACAREMD brings strong market knowledge and execution capability, providing a solid foundation to scale our presence in Italy and expand access to continuous EEG monitoring.”

Marco Scorsato, CEO of INNOVACAREMD, commented: “We are pleased to partner with Cerenion to introduce advanced EEG monitoring solutions to the Italian market. We see clear demand for technologies that support more efficient neurological assessment and improved clinical decision-making.”

The agreement supports Cerenion’s strategy to expand internationally through targeted distribution partnerships and to convert growing clinical interest into scalable revenue across key European markets.
