The Great Place To Work® Finland certification says it all about 9Solutions

Oulu-based 9Solutions has received the Great Place To Work Finland certification again. The certification states that 70% of 9Solutions’ workers feel good being part of the company. They take pride in their work and feel that their voices are heard and valued.

The certification is a two-step process that includes surveying employees and completing a short questionnaire about workforce. Therefore, it is based on personnel’s assessments of the organization’s operating methods, leadership, trust and cooperation, among other things. Because employee feedback and independent analysis determine the scores, the certification helps job seekers identify which companies genuinely offer a great company culture. At the same time, it gives employers a recruiting advantage by providing a globally recognized and research-backed verification of great employee experience.
