The GeroDigiLead group project is a three-year project funded by the European Social Fund (ESF+), lasting from 2023 to 2026. The aim of the project is to develop the digital transformation management skills of nurse leaders in elderly care.
The GeroNursing Centre is responsible for the design and creation of the new online training course on the management of digital transformation. Managing digital change refers to management work that promotes the use of different digital applications, tools, and platforms to promote the restorative care of the elderly.
The project will be led by the University of Lapland and co-produced by the Lapland University of Applied Sciences and the University of Oulu.
