Screentec has adapted its production line to start mass production of face protecting visors (the Screentec Visor) and FFP3 masks. The company has signed a deal with 5 Finnish university hospitals to provide them with Screentec protective products. The machinery required for the company’s masks production arrived in June. Right now, the masks are being produced at a rapid pace.
At first, Screentec uses imported materials according to a deal signed with a material provider Suominen Oyj:n. However, in the future, the company is planning to introduce entirely domestically sourced materials to have a fully Finnish supply chain.
Surgical masks produced at Screentec are now CE-marked.
