Peili Vision Oy awarded a €2.5 million EIC Accelerator grant

Peili Vision Oy is one of the 74 companies that have been selected for the EIC Accelerator Programme.The company has received a €2.5 million grant from the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) to support the development of its VR products.

With the help of this grant we are able to deepen our technological skills and continue developing our groundbreaking VR products to a whole new level,” said Jussi Auvinen, CEO, Peili Vision.

About the European Innovation Council 

The European Innovation Council (EIC) has a budget of €10.1 billion to support game-changing innovations throughout the lifecycle from early-stage research to proof of concept, technology transfer, and the financing and scale-up of start-ups and SMEs. 

The European Comission selected 74 innovative companies from over 1,000 start-ups and SMEs for this year’s first 2022 EIC Accelerator cut-off. Selected companies are set to receive up to €382 million of funding in a combination of grants and investments and each company will receive grants and/or equity investments up to €17.5 million, depending on their needs.
