NOME Annual meeting and startup competition

Take the opportunity to network with leading life science experts and get to know promising life science startups.

NOME is the first pan-Nordic mentor network connecting the best life science entrepreneurs with handpicked internationally- renowned investors, serial entrepreneurs and high-profile executives as mentors. NOME is operated by seven partner organizations and funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation.

Participation in this event is free of charge but requires registration.

A central part of the NOME Annual Meeting is a Startup Competition, which provides the opportunity of learning more about the most promising Nordic life science startups as they pitch their businesses and projects. Five companies will be selected to pitch at the NOME Annual Meeting to an audience consisting of the leading experts in the life science industry. The best companies will get a direct pass to participate in the NOME Mentoring Program, and the winner will receive 50 000 DKK in prize money.

15:15 – Startup Competition: 5 pitches with Q&A (open for applications – see below!)

16:15 – Coffee break

16:30 – The NOME Prize

16:40 – NOME Alumni Talk (speakers TBA)

17:00 – Keynote talk by Dr. John Halamka, M.D., M.S., President of the Mayo Clinic Platform

17:40 – The NOME Mentor Award

17:50 – Mindblowing (literally) show by Jan Hellesøe

18:25 – Closing remarks and networking with drinks and light serving

19:30 – End of event
