This training webinar will offer comprehensive practical information and support for companies in Northern Ostrobothnia aiming to hire foreigners.
The webinar, led by Kirsi Korhonen and Kaisu Kanstrén, from the International Fox Agency, will cover the main components of international recruitment processes, such as the employer’s obligations, authority connections, and the schedule for available support services. Practical examples and companies’ experiences of possible challenges and ways to streamline the process will also be presented.
The training aims to strengthen companies’ abilities to recruit international experts from both Finland and abroad. The webinar is held in Finnish, and questions can also be asked in English. The training is not recorded, and materials will be distributed to the participants after the event.
