Health Tech Top Expert- training will be implemented in spring 2023 (20.2.-15.6.2023).
The training includes an on-the-job training period (80 days) in a health tech company, personal sparring and coaching, a development task assignment, and group training related to special expertise in the field of health technology (8 days).
The training themes consist of themes such as:
- International business and sales
- product development and project management
- quality and risk management
- industry know-how and working life skills in general
The aim of the training is to find job seekers with an expert profile and a university of applied sciences degree and to train them in the health tech industry, which is growing and suffering from a shortage of experts. The partner companies are looking for new talents for many different roles such as Sales Manager, Product Manager, Software Developers, and Quality and Regulatory Experts.

The application process and the recruitment of trainees are carried out in cooperation with Northern Ostrobothnia TE.
Services. The applicant must be unemployed, at risk of unemployment, or working part-time. Applicants must have a higher education degree (from university or applied sciences) or a sufficient amount of other work experience from a field, such as Health and tech, bio and environment, research and laboratory, software/IT, business, and technical sector. The training’s partner companies are mainly located in Oulu and Northern Ostrobothnia area, but talents from all over Finland can participate in the implementation.
