Regulatory Essentials in Health Tech training series, Oulu
Business Oulu offers your company a free three – day training series on Regulatory Essentials in Health Tech. The training will be provided by Lean Entries Ltd. The training is optimised for health tech startups and university innovators and it will focus on turning regulatory compliance into a business advantage. The training series is organized by 6Aika – Kasvun ekosysteemit –project.
The training will consist of three parts that will be held on:
- 21.1.2020, 8:30 – 14:30, Valkea, Isokatu 25 (4th floor, meeting room Valkea 3)
- 3.2.2020, 8:30 – 14:30, BusinessOulu, Hallituskatu 36A (1st floor, meeting room Telesali)
- 19.2.2020, Software at 8:00 – 13:30, Hardware at 12:30 – 15:00, BusinessOulu, Hallituskatu 36A (1st floor, meeting room to be confirmed)

Why to attend?
During the training you will gain a free access into Entries, the digital regulatory runways at www.leanentries.com available until the end of 2020.
After the training, you will also be offered a free two-hour company specific session with the Lean Entries experts that will provide answers to any regulatory or quality related questions that you may have.
Who is the trainer?
The first two days will be run by Heikki Pitkänen. Heikki is the CEO and founder of Lean Entries Ltd., a group of regulatory experts in the area of global medical device regulations providing unique digital regulatory services (Entries) as well as traditional consulting for the medtech sector from academies and startups to multinational enterprises. Heikki has two decades of experience from medical device development, certification, accredited testing and standardization, most lately as the Notified Body and test laboratory site manager at SGS. He is a member of the CEN-CENELEC Advisory Board for Healthcare Standards and provides regulatory training internationally.
What does it cost?
The training will be free of charge for companies. However for every participating company 4000€ will be notified as DeMinimis aid.
