OuluHealth Labs has validated process for collaboration and co-creation. To start the collaboration, companies have to submit their proposal online. After this, representatives of OuluHealth Labs evaluate submitted proposals bi-weekly and contact companies. If the proposal is accepted, the kick-off- meeting is organized and then begins a preparation phase. During the preparation phase e.g., test or co-creation plan is prepared and agreed. After all required agreements, test users are recruited, and testing / co-creation is executed according to test plan. Last phase includes possible feedback session and invoicing practicalities.
