Monidor Joins the Phar­ma IT & Dig­i­tal Health Expo 2024

Monidor is join­ing forces with Senko Med­ical Instru­ment Mfg. Co. Ltd and Sen­shin Med­ical par­tic­i­pait­ing in the Phar­ma IT & Dig­i­tal Health Expo 2024. In addi­tion, the com­pa­ny will be rep­re­sent­ed at the Phar­ma IT Start­up Sem­i­nar by busi­ness devel­op­ment man­ag­er, Yoko Kerä­nen on 18th April.

Monidor offers a Monidrop® infu­sion mon­i­tor, which is an accu­rate and com­pact device that helps nurs­es work­ing with patients who need intra­venous (IV) flu­id ther­a­py. It has been designed for use in hos­pi­tal wards and home health­care. Monidor’s ser­vice includes an infu­sion meter con­nect­ed to the infu­sion set and a remote mon­i­tor­ing appli­ca­tion, which reduces the need for nurs­es to vis­it the site to check the progress of the infu­sion ther­a­py.

Monidor remote IV ther­a­py mon­i­tor­ing is now avail­able in Japan and the first order from the health­care unit will be deliv­ered in March. Based on the feed­back, nurs­es in Japan appre­ci­ate the fact that Monidor remote mon­i­tor­ing lets them know when IV ther­a­py ends in the patient‘s home.

The Phar­ma IT & Dig­i­tal Health Expo focus­es on the inter­sec­tion of tech­nol­o­gy, infor­ma­tion, and health­care.
