This webinar is designed to support Finnish companies in analysing public tenders in the Polish healthcare sector. It is tailored for Finnish businesses seeking guidance in understanding and interpreting tender requirements to determine whether to apply and how to prepare a competitive offer.
Time: 25.4.2025, 10.00 – 11.40
Place: Teams
Registration is open until April 17th, 2025.
Even though European e‑procurement platforms like TED provide official public procurement information for the EU and procurement regulations have been standardized across the Union, national procedures still include unique requirements, documentation, and legal interpretations. Some industries, such as healthcare, may also have extra national regulations that are not entirely integrated into European systems. Additionally, many countries maintain their own national procurement platforms, needing separate registrations.
The agenda includes a presentation of Expert – Counsel in the Public Procurements law – Mr Wojciech Hartung, Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka sp.K. (DZP) legal firm. During the program, we will discuss the following issues:
- The legal framework for public procurement in Poland
- Key platforms for monitoring procurement opportunities
- Qualification criteria for tenders
- Appeal procedures, including case studies involving foreign companies
- Special facilitations for foreign businesses
- Practical examples: successful foreign tenders & mistakes to avoid
Don’t miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights and practical knowledge that will help your company navigate the Polish public procurement landscape effectively!
