Webi­nar on Pub­lic Pro­cure­ment in Hos­pi­tals – Poland – for Finnish com­pa­nies

Busi­ness Fin­land, in close coop­er­a­tion with Team Fin­land part­ners and Doman­s­ki Zakrzews­ki Palin­ka sp.K. (DZP) legal firm, is orga­niz­ing a Webi­nar on Pub­lic Pro­cure­ment in Hos­pi­tals in Poland as a part of the Export Boost­er project.

This webi­nar is designed to sup­port Finnish com­pa­nies in analysing pub­lic ten­ders in the Pol­ish health­care sec­tor. It is tai­lored for Finnish busi­ness­es seek­ing guid­ance in under­stand­ing and inter­pret­ing ten­der require­ments to deter­mine whether to apply and how to pre­pare a com­pet­i­tive offer.

Even though Euro­pean e‑procurement plat­forms like TED pro­vide offi­cial pub­lic pro­cure­ment infor­ma­tion for the EU and pro­cure­ment reg­u­la­tions have been stan­dard­ized across the Union, nation­al pro­ce­dures still include unique require­ments, doc­u­men­ta­tion, and legal inter­pre­ta­tions. Some indus­tries, such as health­care, may also have extra nation­al reg­u­la­tions that are not entire­ly inte­grat­ed into Euro­pean sys­tems. Addi­tion­al­ly, many coun­tries main­tain their own nation­al pro­cure­ment plat­forms, need­ing sep­a­rate reg­is­tra­tions.
