Over these years Dagfinn has devel­oped a unique pro­file, com­bin­ing health pol­i­cy, reform and health strat­e­gy, with hands-on expe­ri­ence from a range of chal­leng­ing imple­men­ta­tion projects in health­care.

Since 1999 Dagfinn has also worked inter­na­tion­al­ly with health­care. Posi­tions include Nordic PwC health­care leader, Euro­pean PwC health­care leader and part of PwC glob­al health­care lead­er­ship team. In these roles, Dagfinn has been involved in sev­er­al health change and health reforms pro­grams inter­na­tion­al­ly.

As Senior con­sul­tant at NEO Con­sult­ing, Jens brings over 20 years of expe­ri­ence trans­form­ing busi­ness strat­e­gy into action­able results. His back­ground spans from enter­prise archi­tec­ture lead­er­ship at The Nor­we­gian Asso­ci­a­tion of Local and Region­al Author­i­ties (KS), where he devel­oped a com­mon archi­tec­ture for all munic­i­pal­i­ties, to project man­age­ment for deliv­er­ing dig­i­tal ser­vices to health­care. Jens com­bines deep archi­tec­tur­al exper­tise with prac­ti­cal busi­ness insights to help orga­ni­za­tions achieve mea­sur­able out­comes in their dig­i­tal trans­for­ma­tion jour­ney.
