The Canadian Market Access Program will provide companies with a comprehensive understanding of the Canadian healthcare market and an overview of best communication tips when reaching out to Canadian stakeholders/clinicians. Join modules 4 – 6 to explore opportunities.

Companies will be able to access two 1:1 45-minute sessions with a key consultant focused on tailoring your message-value prop/written and verbal communication that resonate with a Canadian audience. In these sessions, you’ll learn more about the health ecosystem and what you need to do to stand out.
Additionally, there will be opportunities to meet and interact with Canadian clinicians, champions, and key contacts at a conference in Canada on Nov 4th-6th. We will work with Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services to set up meetings with pertinent contacts.
Learnings in this program will provide you with a deeper understanding of the Canadian healthcare market, pathway to adoption, key messaging attributes, and a network of local contacts to assist you in your journey.

MODULE 4: Communicating with Canadian Health Stakeholders

Coaching on effective communication with Canadian public sector health stakeholders, including sales strategies, pitch framing, and procurement outreach at provincial, territorial, and hospital levels.
MODULE 5: 1:1 Coaching with LHS Labs
Date: June–September 2025 | Format: Virtual (2 sessions, 45 min each)
Two personalized coaching sessions to refine product pitches and one-pagers. Includes feedback, strategic positioning, and guidance on entering the Canadian market.
MODULE 6: NLHS Health Innovation Summit
Date: Nov 4–6, 2025 | Format: In-person, St. John’s, NL
Final event featuring pitch opportunities, stakeholder meetings, and panels on healthcare innovation, including Nordic perspectives.
