Busi­ness Finland’s trade mis­sion to Shen­zhen-Hong Kong (Greater Bay area) & Hainan, Chi­na

Busi­ness Fin­land is orga­niz­ing a trade mis­sion to Hainan, Shen­zhen, and Hong Kong focus­ing on med­ical tech­nolo­gies, dig­i­tal health, and biotech and diag­nos­tics sec­tors.

Dur­ing the vis­it, Busi­ness Fin­land will orga­nize in coop­er­a­tion with local key trade part­ners match­mak­ing sem­i­nars and vis­its with local fast track hos­pi­tals, health author­i­ties, poten­tial busi­ness part­ners, and investors.

Why Guang­dong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) and Hainan

The health­care indus­try with­in the Guang­dong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) and Hainan is expe­ri­enc­ing rapid growth and brim­ming with enor­mous poten­tial. This dynam­ic region proac­tive­ly pro­motes access to inno­v­a­tive glob­al med­ical tech­nolo­gies and phar­ma­ceu­ti­cals in the Chi­nese mar­ket by imple­ment­ing ear­ly mar­ket access pro­grams, facil­i­tat­ing quick­er and more straight­for­ward entry path­ways. 

Excit­ing prospects lie with­in the region’s dig­i­tal health sec­tor, with pub­lic and pri­vate hos­pi­tals aggres­sive­ly advanc­ing towards dig­i­tal trans­for­ma­tion. Health author­i­ties in Guang­dong and Hong Kong are spear­head­ing ini­tia­tives to accu­mu­late health data and are col­lab­o­rat­ing to expe­dite the dig­i­tal health rev­o­lu­tion across the region. 

Prac­ti­cal­i­ties

Busi­ness Fin­land Chi­na will charge a par­tic­i­pa­tion fee to cov­er the costs of arrang­ing the vis­it to Chi­na.

• Micro busi­ness­es and SMEs: EUR 160 per per­son
• Major com­pa­nies: EUR 190 per per­son

If the invoice is paid in Fin­land, 25.5% VAT will be added. If the invoice is paid in Chi­na, 9.42 % will be added to the offi­cial receipt “fa piao”.

Based on the actu­al costs, busi­ness Fin­land will invoice the par­tic­i­pa­tion fee after the vis­it. The invoiced fee will not exceed the amounts men­tioned above. Kind­ly note that the par­tic­i­pa­tion fee does not include flights, trains or accom­mo­da­tion of the par­tic­i­pant nor meals out­side the busi­ness del­e­ga­tion pro­gram.
