This recog­ni­tion rein­forces the com­pa­ny’s com­mit­ment to pro­vid­ing their employ­ees with an excel­lent work envi­ron­ment based on trust, col­lab­o­ra­tion, and con­tin­u­ous devel­op­ment.  The cer­ti­fi­ca­tion rec­og­nizes excel­lent employ­ee expe­ri­ence grant­ed by a third par­ty, Great Place To Work®. Employ­ee expe­ri­ence is eval­u­at­ed through the Trust Index employ­ee sur­vey, and there­fore, cer­ti­fi­ca­tion is based on our employ­ees’ gen­uine expe­ri­ences.

Since the ini­tial Great Place To Work sur­vey in 2019, 9Solutions has focused on nur­tur­ing its com­pa­ny cul­ture. The con­sis­tent efforts have paid off, as evi­denced by the sig­nif­i­cant improve­ment in the Trust Index, a mea­sure of employ­ee expe­ri­ence, over the years. In 2023, the com­pa­ny achieved a record-break­ing rev­enue of 9.4 mil­lion euros at the group lev­el, which stands as a clear tes­ta­ment to the suc­cess of the 9Solutions’ strat­e­gy. This suc­cess reflects a com­mit­ment to the estab­lished vision of a world where health­care pro­fes­sion­als have more time for patients. In 2024, the com­pa­ny plans to fur­ther devel­op their inno­v­a­tive tech­no­log­i­cal solu­tions and expand col­lab­o­ra­tion with var­i­ous stake­hold­ers.
