DMEA –Connecting Digital Health in Berlin will be held virtually

Due to the heightened health risk and the assessment of events relating to the coronavirus, the Berlin public health authorities have decided to cancel large events until at least 31 August 2020.

This year’s edition of DMEA, originally scheduled for 16 to 18 June 2020, will be held entirely as a virtual event.

Time: 16 – 18 June 2020
Place: Online

A virtual meeting place open to all

On 16 June 2020, the virtual DMEA will be holding its main events, and selected program items will be streamed live. Events scheduled include the eHealth Hot Seat, an interactive format, with CEO Dr. Markus Leyck Dieken. This event, as well as many other lectures, talks and panels featuring high-level experts, can be viewed live online or on the following days. From 16 to 18 June many exhibitors at DMEA will also be hosting lectures, webinars and product presentations displaying their solutions.

The program of the virtual DMEA will be available on the website in early June.

DMEA is Europe’s largest event for the health IT industry that serves as trade fair, congress and networking-platform. The exhibition focuses  on solutions that help medical professionals and health care facilities in terms of efficiency and quality, and improve patient care. Last year the event gathered together about 11.000 representatives from 27 countries.
